Rotary’s 50/50 Raffle Drawing 2023

By entering this raffle, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions:

Must be 18 or older to purchase a raffle ticket(s). No purchase other than the raffle ticket is required to enter. There are no restrictions on the number of entries sold to one person.

Raffle tickets cost $10 for one (1) ticket; $30 for four (4) tickets; $50 for seven (7) tickets and $100 for fifteen (15) tickets. Whatever amount is in the pot at the time of the drawing, the winner of the drawing will win 50% of the pot with a maximum payout of 1,000. If the pot is under $1,000 the winner will get 50% of the pot and the Rotary Club of Twin Falls Foundation, Inc. will get 50% with the proceeds going to its Frontier Park Restroom Project. 

Odds of winning depends on the number of raffle tickets sold. You do not have to be present at the drawing to win. Raffle ticket will be drawn randomly. The first ticket drawn will receive up to $1,000 of the pot at the time of the drawing. If for some reason, the name or number on the raffle ticket drawn is invalid or illegible, another raffle ticket will be drawn until a winner is chosen. After the winner has been confirmed, Rotary Club of Twin Falls Foundation, Inc. will send a cashier’s check in the winning amount within 7-10 days of the validation of the winner.

Promotion Period: Drawing will take place at 5:00 p.m. on Saturday, June 17th at the Magic Valley Air Show. The Rotary Club of Twin Falls Foundation, Inc. reserves the right to change the date/time of the drawing.

The raffle winner will be responsible for any taxes associated with the winning proceeds. The Rotary Club of Twin Falls Foundation will provide the winner a Form W-2G for income tax reporting.  The Rotary Club of Twin Falls Foundation is not responsible for the payment of any taxes associated with the monetary prize.  The winner agrees to provide identifying information including but not limited to the winner’s name, current address, tax identification number, and photo identification as a condition of receiving the winning proceeds.
